"Light Cave" - THE STANDARD HOTEL

The Standard, in partnership with Art Production Fund, present Light Cave by FriendsWithYou. 25 feet tall, 55 feet long, Light Cave creates a rich sensory experience that unifies viewers under its colorful canopy. Created by the LA-based collaborative duo of Samuel Borkson and Arturo Sandoval, FriendsWithYou’s artwork is playful, colorful, and filled with joyful reflection. Light Cave is an interactive artwork that aims to bring people together in a metaphysical setting. Guests are encouraged to walk through, in, and around the piece. The Standard has an ongoing commitment to presenting and supporting public art projects. Art Production Fund is a non-profit organization dedicated to commissioning and producing ambitious public art projects and is a long-time partner of The Standard.
